Awesome location, the rooms were sumptuous. The restaurant was great for the wonderful service at the restaurant, I tried WARM dishes.

The staff are welcoming people during check-in shift. The rooms are immaculate and luxury and include coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge, and glassware. The continental breakfast with stunning views and a la carte hot food is the highlight.

I booked it many times and would definitely recommend. The location of this hotel short walk to great bars, restaurants as well as the ferry terminal and restaurants was marvellous and awesome.

I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was overall sumptuous and above average with stunning views. This location was best possible, adjacent to the Ferry Terminals and attractions like the Sky Tower, and the cafes close by. It also was by the harbour.

Nicely appointed hotel in a well-appointed building with relaxing views of the marina. Savory food for the continental breakfast. Professional staff, free concierge service, wake-up calls, and ironing available. Good service, parking onsite. Convenient and decent location, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from Queen Street. Great weekend in this relaxing area.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a beautiful chlorine-free pool and a luxurious spa. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant offers refined dishes. The staff is extremely kind and always available to meet our needs. We also loved the hotel's location, close to all the main attractions in the city.

Spacious hotel with a very clean pool and a great and beautiful location convenient to the harbour. Generous sized and attractively furnished rooms, comfy beds. Sumptuous and delicious breakfast to start the day. Very relaxing experience there.

Easy check-in, generally good service. Alcoholic great cocktails and champagne in the champagne bar, easy to access parking place. Best possible location, extremely close to Wynyard Quarter.

The hotel had a central location and it was right next to Wynyard Quarter. The breakfasts were lovely and delicious with stunning views and brilliant food.

Spotless hotel with a gorgeous design and LOVELY views, it has a wonderful location right by the adjoining cafe overlooking the harbour and a bus station. I enjoyed configuration of the superior room.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown and dining at fantastic restaurants. The bed was absolutely amazing and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself was new and had a stunning harbor view, which was worth choosing. The staff, room service, and bar service were friendly and provided excellent customer care.

The hotel was luxury and stylish with stunning location near to the water front. The rooms were brand-new and stylish, with a separate shower. The food was amazing and served in the café. I spent an absolutely amazing time here, do recommend to anyone.
